Dandelions everywhere

As a young girl I was always fascinated by dandelions. So beautiful and yet so delicate, a little blow and like magic they were gone. My first design applied to fabric, a simple pen sketch which I then elaborated digitally in many different ways turned out to be one of my most popular patterns.

I first printed it on fleece and I made a simple throw for my sofa, just to see what it looked like. Through that I was commissioned to make a baby blanket for a little boy, so I changed the dandelions to blue on white.

After seeing the blanket, another grandmother to be commissioned one for her granddaughter. This time the original taupe colour, as she wasn’t keen on a pink option.

Since then, I made cushions and I have added the repeat pattern to a selection of products on my Society6 shop. The design looks particularly good on duvet covers and pillows.

It is also available to buy on a variety of fabrics on my Spoonflower shop. The range of colour available is customisable, so it is possible to have the design in a specific colour or in a larger or smaller size. Please contact me if the colour you have in in mind is not in the shop.
